"Form, Function and Symbol: The Meaning of Hats" looks at the reasons we wear hats, in the past and the present, using Montgomery County residents as examples. Different styles, shapes and colors of headwear can be used to create and maintain an identity, both personally and as part of a group. In this exhibit, hats of all varieties, as well as photos, tell the story of who we are and who we want to be.
